Provision-ISR Continuous Subscription Awareness Service Agreement

Provision Home Awareness is designed to provide smart service benefits for paid users (hereinafter referred to as "you"). It will deduct automatically by your setting from third-party payment account.

You must read carefully and fully understand the content of each clause of this agreement, especially the corresponding clauses of exemption liability and limitation liability.

If you activate and use the Provision Home Awareness, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement. If you disagree with any of the terms of this agreement, you could stop using the Provision Home Awareness.

1. Service content

1.1 In order to provide smart service constantly, Provision-ISR offers you a subscription service package. When you agree to enable the automatic renewal function, that is, authorize Provision-ISR to meet the renewal conditions, deduct from the third-party payment account that you are bound to pay for the purchase again.

1.2 This function is applicable to service packages that require regular renewal, such as Provision Home Awareness Basic (monthly subscription), Provision Home Awareness Plus (monthly subscription), Provision Home Awareness Pro (monthly subscription).

2. Activate automatic renewal

2.1 After you activate the automatic renewal function, your Provision Home account will be deducted from the relevant fees through the third-party payment platform you specify.

2.2 We will automatically deduct the next period of fees within 24 hours before the service expires, and extend the corresponding service content, service conditions and service period.

2.3 If the renewal fails due to non-attributable reasons (such as third-party system failures, account limits, insufficient account balance, etc.), we will treat it as "expired but not renewed" and stop providing you with the corresponding service. You are solely responsible for any possible adverse consequences.

3. Promotions and discounted prices

3.1 We may adjust product prices according to business needs or market conditions, and publicize them to all users on the "Provision Home Awareness Page"

3.2 If in the subsequent automatic renewal process, the price is higher than the price at the time of your initial purchase, we will obtain your consent. If the price at the time of automatic renewal is lower than the price at the time of your initial purchase, we will deduct the corresponding amount directly.

4. Turn off automatic renewal

4.1 You can turn off the automatic renewal function from the system or a third-party payment account. The closing path is as follows:

4.1.1 IOS: in iCloud payments, Setting - iTunes Store & App Store - Apple ID - View Apple ID – Account – Subscription, find Provision Home and close.

4.1.2 Android: in Play Store payments, Mine - Subscription, find Provision Home and close.

4.2 If the path is adjusted due to operating system upgrade or other reasons and you cannot turn off automatic renewal correctly, you can consult the equipment manufacturer or system service provider.

4.3 Turning this feature off is deemed to be a revocation of your authorization to Provision-ISR to deduct fees from third-party payment accounts. However, this revocation does not affect the deductions that you have completed before your revocation, and will provide smart services to the date of termination of the agreement.

5. Agreement modification

5.1 According to the development of the Internet and changes in relevant laws, regulations and regulatory documents, or due to the needs of the business development of Provision-ISR, Provision-ISR has the right to modify or change the terms of this agreement. Once the content of this agreement changes, Provision-ISR will be publicized on the official website, and the revised content will become effective after publication.

5.2 If you do not agree to the amendments made to the relevant terms of this agreement, you have the right to turn off automatic renewal. If you continue to use it, you are deemed to have accepted the amendments made to the relevant terms of this agreement.
