Service Agreement
Welcome to the Provision
Home Awareness.
Provision Home Awareness is designed to provide smart service
benefits for paid users (hereinafter referred to as "you"). It will
deduct automatically by your setting from third-party payment account.
You must read carefully and fully understand the content of each
clause of this agreement, especially the corresponding clauses of exemption
liability and limitation liability.
If you activate and use the Provision Home Awareness, you are
deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement. If you disagree
with any of the terms of this agreement, you could stop using the Provision
Home Awareness.
1. Service
content
1.1 Provision
Home Awareness is a smart service package for users of Provision Home smart
cameras produced by Provision-ISR. It contains a variety of proprietary smart
service benefits. Please refer to the detailed introduction on the "Provision
Home Awareness Page" to check specific service content.
1.2 The camera
and its firmware, and software version of your phone application may affect
your smart service benefits. When this happens, we recommend that you upgrade
the firmware and software, or replace the device.
1.3 The smart service
benefits are based on the information published on the "Provision Home
Awareness Page". Intelligent services are divided into various forms, and
there will be differences between different service package. The details are
also subject to the description on the above page.
2. Opening and
termination
2.1 If you
agree to this agreement and pay the corresponding smart service fees through
reasonable channels, you will get smart service benefits immediately.
2.2 Provision
Home Awareness Validity Period: Counted from the day when the service is
activated, the specific validity period can be viewed on the "Provision
Home Awareness Page". Paid users renew fees during the validity period,
and the validity period will be extended accordingly. If you not renew before
benefits get expired, Provision-ISR has the right to stop providing intelligent
services.
2.3 When you
open the Provision Home Awareness, you should carefully check your account
information, term, and fees. As the Provision Home smart service is a digital
product, based on the particularity of Internet services and relevant national
regulations, if you make a wrong purchase or cannot use the service due to your
personal reasons, Provision-ISR will not refund the fees.
2.4 After Provision
Home Awareness is activated, if you do not use the smart service benefits, it
is not considered as giving up the corresponding rights. However, if you
violate the relevant regulations or there is an abnormality in your account, Provision-ISR
has the right to take restrictions or freeze measures on the corresponding
account.
2.5 Before your
Provision Home Awareness expires, Provision-ISR will notify you that it is will
expire or has expired. You can extend the use period by repurchasing the
service package again.
3. Fees and
renewals
3.1 Provision
Home Awareness fees you finally purchased are based on the service package. Provision-ISR
will launch special promotions and publish event information and event prices
on the "Provision Home Awareness Page".
3.2 If you have
activated the automatic renewal when you purchased the smart service, the smart
service will renew automatically when it expires. If you do not want to renew,
or do not want automatic deduction, you can turn off the automatic renewal
function before the automatic deduction of the next period. For relevant rules
and instructions, please refer to the Continuous Subscription Service
Agreement.
4. Account
Management
4.1 You can
share the right to family or friends through sharing, but the sharing users do
not have the right to set related functions. How to set and use is still
determined by the camera owner.
4.2 In the event
of account leakage or damage to smart service benefits that could not be
attributed to Provision-ISR, Provision-ISR assumes no responsibility. If you
find your account stolen during use, you should promptly change your password
or retrieve your account through management regulations.
4.3 Smart
service users shall not obtain qualifications in improper ways, shall not
provide to account to third parties in any form of lending, renting, selling,
etc., and shall not abuse smart service rights to obtain improper benefits. If
the user commits improper behavior and violates the management regulations, Provision-ISR
has the right to suspend or cancel smart service qualification without
refunding the service fees. In addition, the offending member shall bear all
responsibilities and consequences.
4.4 Disputes
arising from reasons that can be attributed to the Provision Home users, not
related to Provision-ISR. The Provision Home users should bear the
corresponding responsibility. If such disputes impair the legal rights of Provision-ISR,
we have the right to cancel the user's eligibility for smart services without
refunding the service fees. At the same time, Provision-ISR will safeguard
rights and in lawful ways.
